We brought One Utopia to historic downtown Clermont, FL — making us the oldest coffee shop in the area.

Tina Aldrich
Tina Aldrich founded One Utopia in 2015 with a conviction that has never wavered: every ingredient in every drink should be real, intentional, and good for you. What started as a vision became Clermont's oldest coffee shop — a gathering place unlike anything else in Central Florida.
Under Tina's direction, One Utopia has grown far beyond coffee. The menu she's built is a reflection of her passion for functional, superfood-forward drinks — turmeric and beetroot lattes, ceremonial matcha, spirulina blends, kava, mushroom coffees, and THC options — all made with 100% natural ingredients. Nothing artificial. Ever.
Tina's vision for One Utopia has always been bigger than a cup of coffee. By bringing together Triangle Vinyl, Clermont Mini Bar, and a curated metaphysical shop under one roof, she's created a space where community, wellness, and culture genuinely coexist.
